We give a 100% accuracy guarantee along with a support period of 3 days per 1000 data. Any error found during that period is corrected. If accuracy is less than 99.8% the whole job is redone. Just show us the errors and we shall redo the work.
To achieve the best quality we first do a very small sample of work and ask for your comments on that. Once that has been done correctly we send another sample of work, till the understanding of the requirements are absolutely clear. After this we send a last sample, that we think is correct and up to your expectations. Upon your satisfaction, we proceed with the work and if required we keep on sending the work in between say after 1/4 is done to keep you updated, as per the contract or otherwise.
We remain constantly in touch with you during the process of the task and keep you updated with the status of work, through email. We are also accessible via Skype.
